A CHESHIRE resident is £350,000 richer after winning the Lotto HotPicks.
The mystery winner, known only as Mr A, scooped the top prize in the draw on Saturday (April 6).
Andy Carter, senior winners’ advisor at the National Lottery, said, “Wow! Huge congratulations to Mr A for winning this fantastic prize and becoming £350k richer overnight.”
The win makes Mr A one of more than eight million players that win each week on the National Lottery’s range of games.
Winners have the opportunity to release their names and other details or remain anonymous like Mr A did.
By playing any National Lottery game, players generate £30 million each week for National Lottery-funded projects.
To date, the money has provided more than 685,000 grants to support all manner of projects.
